Our firm is compensated in strict accordance with professional fee guidelines established by the state of North Carolina and the 36 states within which we operate. In addition, Sherlock & Walker maintains our own strict moral code of returning as much money as possible to our clients. Fees are generated by expenses related to research to authenticate and verify ownership; travel and related expenses; work in properly filing claims; and monitoring the progress of those claims until our clients get paid, regardless of how many months our investigation takes. We also track our time and expenses for the ancillary consulting services provided as requested by our clients. It is in the best interest of our clients that we work so diligently.
